Genesys International Ltd was founded in June 2001, and are international experts in specialty membrane cleaning chemicals, and membrane testing lab services for more than 20 years. In 2007, Genesys Manufacturing Limited was established in Winsford, Cheshire, to optimize chemical manufacturing and quality control. Due to rapid international growth; Genesys moved to a larger factory in Middlewich in 2009, where a range of specialty RO membrane chemicals are manufactured to the highest UK standards. These include antiscalants, flocculants, biocides, and cleaning chemicals. Genesys tests all their chemicals (having NSF ANSI-60 and DWI-UK approvals for safe drinking water production) for compatibility with different manufacturers‘ membranes. Genesys offerings allow reverse osmosis (RO) plants to operate efficiently in areas where feed waters are challenging. Genesys also offers cutting edge membrane testing services at their labs in Spain and California, providing a complete range of analytical services, research and development including membrane autopsies, water and performance analysis, and cleaning tests. In 2019, H2O Innovation, completed the acquisition of Genesys. In 2023, H2O Innovation made a significant investment to the Middlewich factory, doubling the square footage of the factory, adding a new service yard and constructing a state-of-the-art powder blending facility.
PWT offers a complete portfolio of antiscalants, antifoulants, dispersants, cleaners, coagulants, biocides and preservatives for even the most difficult of MF/UF and NF/RO source waters. PWT products include SpectraGuard antiscalants and blended Lavasol and OptiClean cleaners. As the first company to offer an 11x concentrated formula PWT has remained competitive in markets around the world. PWT Membrane Forensics offering includes autopsy and analytical work,technical support, and field service.
Established in 2002 in the city of Piedmont California, Piedmont was the first flexible grooved-end coupling company to design and manufacture its products in Duplex and Super Duplex. Today, Piedmont enjoys a leading position in the desalination market. Piedmont couplings, designed for low to high pressure environments, are available in a variety of material and sizes to ensure your system’s performance along with your team’s safety. Piedmont also offers a full range of fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) cartridge filter housings. The FRP filter housings are designed specifically for highly corrosive environments. Their design includes small innovations, simplifying cartridge installation and replacement. Other products in the FRP product line include bag filters, cartridges, and strainers.
